Description
Initially fermented with a neutral yeast strain, this golden ale was then aged in white Burgundy barrels, having been inoculated with a mixed culture including Brettonmyces and Lactobacillus. As a result this beer is a complex and tart with fruity punches of melon and peach.
Anything from the Thornbridge Barrel Room comes out incredible. As does anything Burning Sky touch.
